On 1st of March.03 the wholesaler Arnold Lammering took over the company D. Flintermann including the entire staff. This resulted in the integration of the steel division of D. Flintermann into the Arnold Lammering company. The glass wholesaler and the insulating glass production still operate under the name of D. Flintermann.

After the premiss in Rheine had become too small for the production of insulated     glass, the management decided in 1992 to relocate and build a new production facility in Salzbergen-Holsterfeld, which was occupied in the spring of 1993.

Due to the merger with the insulating glass division of the company Günther GmbH & Co. KG in September 2001, Flintermann became a member of Uniglas GmbH & Co. KG, a cooperation of owner-managed, medium-sized glass processing companies.

In 2008 further building measures followed in Salzbergen-Holsterfeld. The production area was expanded to include glass finishing, so that in June 2008 the first orders for      the new company, Flintermann Glasveredelungs GmbH & Co. KG could be processed.

In the spring of 2009, construction of a  new production hall of glass finishing for toughened safety glass and laminated safety glass was started.
